Here's a video of our journey... thank you for all your support.

On the heels of the video, Addison projectile vomited thick mucus out her nose and mouth that caused her to choke and turn blue. I can't remember the last time I was that scared. I was home alone with all three kids and Brooklyn jumped into action - she's not even 4, but she knew to find me a bulb syringe to clear her nose. It was so upsetting, I am still shaken up. I just sat and held her in the hallway for what seemed like forever. Adam came home and we were sitting there covered in puke just dazed. Looks like I have some phone calls to make in the morning - I don't know how I'll ever sleep again if she's having episodes like that.

  1. I'm following you from the BBC board. I'm so sorry to hear about her choking episode! My son did something very similar just today and I've never been so terrified in my life. I read your posts on BBC every time you post and pray for your sweet little Addison. Don't ever think that you're alone in this! You have complete strangers praying for your entire family and I can only hope you guys can feel them. Thank you for keeping us updated and for inviting us into this journey of you life. I can tell from your posts you're just the BEST Mama! God bless you, your family and your sweet little girl

I can not imagine how you may be feeling, but I pray God continue to give you the strength and patience to make it through this tough journey with your precious girl.

  5. My families thoughts and prayers are with your family. I know how frustrating it can be to know somethings wrong and to not have an answer. My son was born at 28 weeks and weighed 3lb 6 oz. He had similar problems of puking up through his nose and mouth and he also would quit breathing and we would have to rush around for the bulb syringe, it is very scary. I slept with him on my chest for 6 months because of episodes. After a week admission at childrens hospital in columbus I finally had a diagnosis after 6 months of terror. He was unable to digest his food so they put him on meds for it but also he had gerds so so the full diagnosis was gerds, cyanotic episodes with blue spells. I am glaad to say he is a healthy 9 year old boy now but it is very scary and i wish you the best of luck. keep striving for answers, its frustrating but adventually you will get an answer and be at the end of your seemingly endless search! Your video was very touching and hit close to home for me!
