Sorry I've been neglecting to keep everyone updated, but things have been just .... uneventful. Addison has not been doing great, and she has not been getting any worse. So its hard to find the motivation to get on here and dwell on how things haven't changed.

She is having a kidney ultrasound soon to monitor her bladder issues and make sure she's not getting kidney stones. The medications she is on now are able to help her poop but she has been passing large clots of bloody mucus so I'm not sure I will keep her on them.

She is nearly crawling, and loves to give big kisses to me and daddy. Its been extremely hot so we have been spending lots of time by the pool. I will post soon about Columbus and the awful trip we had. Hope everyone had a safe and happy fourth of July filled with family and fun!

  1. You don't know me, but I follow your blog all of the time and think about you and your sweet baby girl often. I'm sure you're probably sick of home diagnosis, and people telling you what might be wrong with your baby even after doctors have failed to diagnose her properly. I felt compelled however to tell you about a disease that I came across. It's called Hirschsprung's disease, I don't know if Addison has been tested for this or if it even really matches, but if you google you'll find a bunch of information on what it is. I'm sorry if this is unsolicited advice, but felt I needed to share.
God bless you and your family!
